To promote tourism events in 2022 in particular and the tourism industry of Quang Nam province in general, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with VNPT Quang Nam, has developed the "Quang Nam Province Smart Tourism Software System" with main subsystems including: Tourism Information Portal; Smart Tourism Mobile Application (2 versions on iOS and Android); and Digital Tourism Map (digital base map service and APIs related to base map services).
Additionally, there is a chatbox system, a system for creating tours and itineraries for tourists; a system for analyzing, evaluating, and responding to social media feedback on Quang Nam tourism; the digitization of industry data, the creation of video clips, and interactive visual features such as 3D, AR, and VR...
The Quang Nam province's smart tourism software system has been developed to contribute to improving the efficiency of state management, promoting the tourism image for businesses, units, and tourism service establishments in the province, as well as for tourists.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has been conducting a trial run of the system since March 15th, aiming to contribute to improving the efficiency of state management, promoting the tourism image for businesses, units, and tourism service establishments in the province, as well as tourists.
The Quang Nam province's smart tourism software system will officially launch at the first Regional Traditional Craft Festival - Quang Nam 2022 on May 19th, at the following website:https://quangnamtourism.com.vnand the Quang Nam Tourism app.

The first Regional Traditional Craft Festival, held over four days (from May 19-22), will vividly recreate the stages of development of traditional crafts in Quang Nam province in particular and provinces and cities representing each region across the country in general.
Activities included: Demonstrations of brocade weaving (Dak Lak province and Tay Giang district, Quang Nam); Bat Trang pottery, Thanh Ha pottery, Nga Son sedge mats (Thanh Hoa); Basket weaving (Dong Thap); Silk weaving (Duy Xuyen district); Central Highlands gong performance; and a seminar on solutions for preserving and developing crafts in the era of integration, addressing difficulties, and finding markets for OCOP products, innovative startup products, and key regional products.
