This year, the butterfly season started a little earlier, from the beginning of April. Therefore, the number of tourists flocking to Cuc Phuong in the first days of May has increased sharply. According to statistics from the Cuc Phuong National Park Management Board, in the first 4 days of May, there were more than 10,000 tourists visiting.
Every year it is around the end of April but this year the butterfly season in Cuc Phuong has started for a week. The number of visitors is high both on weekdays and weekends.

In addition to families with young children, the garden also attracts many international visitors to see butterflies. The number of visitors to Cuc Phuong in the past month (March 15 - April 15) reached nearly 12,000. In the first week of butterfly season (April 8 - April 15), the number of visitors reached nearly 5,000.

The National Park is located on the border of three provinces Ninh Binh, Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa, the main gate is in Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh. Cuc Phuong National Park has more than 400 species of butterflies such as swallowtails, butterfly butterflies, butterfly butterflies, and white butterflies with all colors and sizes, the most common are white and yellow butterflies. Butterfly season in Cuc Phuong lasts until about the end of May.
Cuc Phuong is also famous for its butterfly season from late April to the end of May. Millions of white wings fly in flocks along the road leading to the national park, a typical image that attracts tourists to this place. The entrance fee to the park is 60,000 VND for adults and 10,000 VND for children (grades 1 to 11). Children under 6 years old are free.
To ensure the safety of visitors and protect the environment, the Cuc Phuong National Park Management Board has issued some recommendations: Visitors should not wave their arms or chase butterflies. Do not litter. Do not light illegal campfires.
