Sorae Sushi Sake & Lounge opened its doors to diners in Saigon in 2014 and quickly became the only Vietnamese representative to be included in the Top 23 most stylish restaurants in the world, as selected by VISI magazine.
Over the past four years since its establishment and development, maintaining the authentic flavors of Japanese cuisine, professional service, and a luxurious, sophisticated space with breathtaking views has been the "golden key" to Sorae's success in the city, making it an ideal destination for intimate gatherings or events bringing together hundreds of diners.

The atmosphere of the celebration was further enlivened by the opportunity for diners to witness the ritual of cutting Hamachi fish – a famous fish imported from the Japanese sea and featured on Sorae's new menu – along with a classy performance from beautiful Geishas.
In addition, we cannot overlook the exquisite culinary experience with the Canape menu, featuring small pieces of sushi and sashimi made from premium ingredients such as tuna, Hamachi fish, and salmon, presented in a refined manner that leaves a lasting impression on diners.
