This co-working space is integrated into the SOHO @ Heritage West Lake project, located in the most prime location in Tay Ho District. This is also CLD's first SOHO-style project in Vietnam, offering 202 multi-functional units designed to serve as both workspaces and residences. CLD has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Toong to build and operate the first co-working space in a SOHO project.
The co-working space will create a convenient meeting point for residents of SOHO @ Heritage West Lake as well as the growing business community in Hanoi, thereby fostering networking and collaboration opportunities. Residents at SOHO @ Heritage West Lake can easily integrate into a vibrant and dynamic community of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and freelancers in a digital environment within the co-working space.
The co-working space at SOHO @ Heritage West Lake spans over 900m2 and occupies the 5th and 6th floors of this 25-story tower. This space can accommodate over 300 people and provides residents, individuals, and businesses with access to state-of-the-art equipment and a modern office model. In addition to providing workspaces, meeting rooms, and event venues, Toong will also host community-oriented programs through regular workshops and networking events to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship. The co-working space at SOHO @ Heritage West Lake marks the second collaboration between CLD and Toong in Vietnam, following the success of the project at The Oxygen, CLD's shopping complex in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City.
SOHO @ Heritage West Lake comprises studio apartments, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 45 to 88 square meters.

SOHO @ Heritage West Lake comprises studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 45 to 88m2. The co-working space at SOHO @ Heritage West Lake is one of the project's 30 upscale amenities. Other modern and convenient facilities include a lobby, a rooftop gym, a rooftop swimming pool, a yoga studio, an outdoor exercise area, and a jacuzzi. The project has also received green building certification for its design from the Singapore Ministry of Construction. SOHO @ Heritage West Lake will be launched for sale in Q1 2023 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
